How do I return an item?
Your friends at the Carmel Drug Store are committed to providing our customers with a unique online shopping experience. After 100 years in the business we understand how easy it is to lose a customer.
All returns require a prior authorization by the Carmel Drug Store. Please contact us at 831-624-3819
* Most items maybe returned within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product or you feel you have ordered the wrong item.
* Used or opened over the counter items are not returnable.
* Brushes & Combs are not returnable.
If the error is on our part we will refund shipping both ways
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns over $200.
